Before becoming a mom, I used to spend hours in the gym, prep all of my meals, and focused on burning as many calories as possible with my workouts. But when I became a mom, I no longer had the time, and created another way - this was when the Strong Moms Method was formed. My 30 minute functional training programs and nutrition strategy to optimize metabolism allow me to get results without spending hours in the gym or missing out on family dinners and ice cream trips. I’m more confident in my body after 2 pregnancies than I ever was pre-babies because of these methods & I’m here to help you create the same results for yourself!
